NEW The Conference will start on Wednesday at 8:45 a.m. and will end on Saturday at 12:30. There will be a welcome reception on Tuesday evening before dinner at the conference hotel. Registration will take place on Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning - please note that we can accept only cash for the conference fee, so no credit cards or cheques please. For those who don't stay at Villa Luisa or at Hotel Tuder, tickets for lunch (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) are available at 20 Euro each, including drinks. There will be a guided tour of Todi on Thursday evening after the poster session, and the Social Dinner will be held on Friday evening at the Ristorante Le Palme in Todi town centre.
Invited talks should be 30 minutes and contributed talks 20 minutes (these times include a couple of minutes for discussion at the end). We suggest that all speakers use PDF files for their presentations to avoid potential compatibility issues and to ease online publication of the seminars after the event. We would also ask poster presenters to prepare a PDF of their poster.
